I Must Be Sick, But I Don’t Care
by on Nov.24, 2008, under Health
When my friends heard that I’m going to buy a new Luminox F-6 Falcon Chronograph watch, they told me I must be out of my mind. If you think they overreacted, then you need to find out that I am the happy owner of an impressive collection of 98 watches, all functional, in all shapes and colors.
I must be addicted, but since I have enough money to satisfy this passion of mine, I don’t see why giving it up. My final purpose is to have 365 watches, so I can wear a different one each day of the year. For leap years, I think to buy a special watch to wear on February 29th. That’s going to be a crazy expensive one, but I haven’t decided yet for the brand. Am I crazy or what?
Looking Great In A Swimsuit

Loving the beach doesn?t mean that people like the way they look in a bathing suit. When that is the case and a vacation or trip to the beach is coming up some may want to burn up some extra calories. Burning up calories and fat to make the areas that they don?t like look better can be done quicker than they may think.
Using the right type of equipment or exercises can help people know how to lose thigh fat quickly and love the way they look in a bathing suit. Cardiovascular equipment and exercises are some of the most highly recommended activities to lose this weight fast. Those who do take advantage of these options will be able to get into that bathing suit looking great.
Sleep Apnea Treatments and Dating
by on Nov.24, 2008, under Health
I have been dating more and I can see where things could start to get serious. This has me thinking a lot about my CPAP machine and how and when is the right time to mention something like that. I obviously don’t want to do it too soon, for a couple of reasons.
If I bring it up, it could come across as a little presumptuous that the lady would even be in a position to be seeing it any time soon. Also the sight of me wearing it is far from attractive, so it is not something I want to leave until the last minute either. I will keep trying different sleep apnea cures, but in the meantime this is a bridge I am going to have to cross eventually. Maybe I should just not use it the first night. The thunderous, house-shaking snoring would have any partner welcoming something that could silence it with open arms. I still consider my self very lucky. This is a relatively small problem to have and there are others who are far worse off. I could try to lose a few pounds as well. That could cure my sleep apnea as well as improve my dating chances. We’ll see.
Manual Vs. Electric Toothbrushes
by on Nov.24, 2008, under Health
The debate has now been raging for several years about whether manual or electric toothbrushes are better. I have not taken the time to look at any studies but I can definately give you my opinion on which ones I think are better.
After using a manual toothbrush for almost 20 years and then deciding to try an electric toothbrush I think my opinion is pretty accurate. My opinion is that electric toothbrush, especially Sonicare ones are the best. The reason being is that I have tried both for an extended period of time and my teeth flat out feel cleaner after brushing with an electric toothbrush. Not only this but they feel cleaner despite brushing for about 25% less time.
I have tried both types of toothbrushes and even switched back and forth between them over the last 6 months to be sure that what I felt was true really was true. If you want to get the best possible brushing experience then I suggest you get an electric toothbrush.
